TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THROUGH MY TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME OR BUYING MY DESIGNS

1. Payment

  • Out of safety, I will ask you to pay for your commission upfront. I won't get started on the commission up until I receive your payment.

  • In the case of limited commission slots, I will be able to reopen the slot if you haven't sent me the money over PayPal in the span of 24 hours.

  • As long as I haven't gotten started on the sketch, you will be able to ask for a refund. A refund won't be available anymore once I've finished the sketch.

2. Use of Art

  • You have the right to repost the commissioned artwork, as long as credit is given. If you'd like to post it on Toyhou.se, my username is LUTHOR!

  • With that said, you are not allowed to alter the commissioned piece, use a sketch to color it in, or anything of the like.

  • You may not sell the art work as a NFT or use it for any other Crypto and Blockchain related matters.

  • The same goes for the training of AI art and the likes.

  • You are not allowed to sell the finished commission as a print or make any other kind of profit from it, unless we've talked about it beforehand.

  • I, as the owner, am not able to resell the artwork or use it as a print unless I have gotten the permission from you to do so.

  • Unless you ask me not to, I am allowed to use the finished piece in my portfolio, and share it on my social media. If you want to remain anonymous if I were to post the piece, please let me know when coming to me for the commission!

  • You will only receive a digital version of the artwork. I won't be sending you a physical copy of it.

  • The artwork is intended for personal use only. If you plan on using it for commercial purposes, please let me know in advance and we can work something out.

3. Adoptables and Designs

  • You may not resell the bought design for more than you've obtained it for, unless you've gotten additional art of it.

  • Trading or buying it for someone else is fine, as long as I am notified about it.

  • If you choose to resell the design, make sure I am always credited as the original creator.

  • Do not heavily alter the design to a point where it is no longer recognizable, or claim it as your own.
